Information I record
When you start using our services we need to collect information about you and then each time you use the service we add to it. Information recorded may include:

I would only share your information about there was a safeguarding issue, you or your child was at immediate risk. I would contact your GP or First Response and would always try to speak to you in the first instance, however, this mitigates immediate risk. I can be bound to share information if there is a criminal investigation.
