Information I record

When you start using our services we need to collect information about you and then each time you use the service we add to it. Information recorded may include:

  • basic details about you, such as address, date of birth, family members’ contact details, this is a paper copy.
  • A very brief summary of the time you spent with me and the issues we worked together.
  • I aim not to keep it as long as necessary and I am looking into the length of time that I keep information.
  • As part of providing a professional, safe and efficient service, we may need to share this information with my supervisor. However, it won’t be shared with anyone else except under the circumstances set out below.

I would only share your information about there was a safeguarding issue, you or your child was at immediate risk. I would contact your GP or First Response and would always try to speak to you in the first instance, however, this mitigates immediate risk. I can be bound to share information if there is a criminal investigation.

Email Newsletter and GDPR

This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Some subscriptions may be manually processed througha prior written agreement with the user such as asking to be placed on a waiting list for my workshops.
