Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.

We aim to keep this personal information in a secure environment and we do not pass it on to third parties. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose(s) stated when it was collected; in association with your ongoing support as a donor, to supply you with the goods or services you have requested and/or to keep you informed about upcoming events.

The information I record clinically:
When you start using our services we need to collect information about you and then each time you use the service we add to it. Information recorded may include:
- Basic details about you, such as address, date of birth, family members’ contact details, this is a paper copy.
- A very brief summary of the time you spent with me and the issues we worked together.
- I aim not to keep it as long as necessary and I am looking into the length of time that I keep information, it is currently six years.
- As part of providing a professional, safe and efficient service, we may need to share this information with my supervisor. However, it won’t be shared with anyone else except under the circumstances set out below.
I would only share your information about there was a safeguarding issue, you or your child was at immediate risk. I would contact your GP or First Response and would always try to speak to you in the first instance, however, this mitigates immediate risk. I can be bound to share information if there is a criminal investigation.
We use third party payment services such as Paypal and Events Tickets for booking events. We also use Quickbooks for recording accounting information and producing invoices and receipts. All of these companies have their own privacy policies and we would advise that you read these for further information. (see below)

Event, Attendee, and Ticket Purchaser Information
Through the usage of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Community Tickets, information may be collected and stored within my website’s database for a duration up until the workshop and are then deleted.
- Attendees information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address
- Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via check-in page)
- Ticket purchaser information: name and email address
- Ticket purchaser billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or PayPal

How Long You Retain this Data on WordPress for workshops
All information (data) is retained in the local database for only the duration up to the workshop date and is then deleted permanently from my website.
Email Newsletter and GDPR
This website operates an email newsletter program via MailChimp. It is used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. All subscriptions are manually processed through a prior written agreement with the user such as asking to be placed on a waiting list for my workshops/newsletter. I will only contact you if give me an explicit notice If you do not want to be contacted I delete you from the list.
